With the Climax team's first group training run tomorrow, I decided a bit of a warm-up run would be good. This was the first time I'd ran since suffering my knee problem. Warmed up with some stretches and then set off with no particular route or goal in mind. At first I thought I'd jog from my house to the seafront and back - but decided that it was too easy to end that when it got too hard, so I ran down Albert Road and then down to the seafront to take a more circuitious route.
Total in the end was just over 2.5miles, ended just outside the pyramid baths - did some stretches and had a long walk back home.
